Pawsome Shop is a new online pet shop selling creative pet accessories while promoting adoption. Hence, it partners with local rescue shelters to promote rescue animals and donate a part of their profits to the shelters.
Instagram Content
The brand aims to be cute and humorous while offering useful pet care content. My involvement in this project included the Instagram strategy and designing of post contents.

To ensure that there is a balance of different content on the Instagram feed, I proposed content mix: 30% Product Posts, 40% Entertainment and Tips, 15% About Adoption & Rescue Animals & 15% About Company and Brand.
To gain following, I proposed the following:
- Follow pet accounts with similar following as they’re relevant target accounts and are likely to follow back
- Like at least 30 posts a day & comment on posts to engage
- Direct message microinfluencers for giveaway to increase account activity, hence boosting visibility of account
Based on the above strategy, I executed the project for a week to lay the foundations for the account before the brand takes over. Over the course of 1 week, there was a 20% increase in accounts reached and impressions daily, with a 35% increase in profile visits and 20% increase in website clicks.
Email Marketing
Aside from graphics for Instagram, I have also created a pop up window for newsletter subscription along with the welcome email template.
